· Take a Balanced Diet: The key to get the produce great abs lies in your diet. It may be a possibility that imbalanced diet may have been the reason for your excess body fat. You must be careful about your diet else it may wash out the hard work you did to shape your stomach and get rid of the body fat. Avoid all processed foods like white pastas, white breads, white rice etc and include fresh fruits and vegetables, 100% wheat products in your food chart.


So, the secret to get great abs is to be disciplined, consume a low-calorie or a low-fat diet with a balance of carbohydrates and proteins along with exercises.
